Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you are unable to arrive at the designated time, please be sure to contact us in advance.
Check-out time is 10:00. Please vacate the room by 9:30.
Please bring your own sleepwear, towels, and toothbrushes as they are not provided.
We provide two sheets and one pillowcase for each guest. Please set them on your futon by yourself. A manual is available to explain how to set them up properly. Please put them in the storage box at the entrance when checking out. The sheets are cleaned by a designated cleaning company after each use.
If you would like to have your sheets changed during a multi-night stay, they can be replaced for 800 yen per person.
